After many attempts to find the world’s last remaining persistence hunters, and many years of training to be able to run alongside them, it’s time for me to start sharing what I’ve learned.
All of the protocols, tips, and insights presented here are the fruit of much trial and error, an avid search not just to run faster or further, but essentially to build a life worth living. This goes far beyond exercise or fitness; what you have here is essentially a way to rediscover who you are.

If you're looking for something more than another plan to get ripped or lose weight, you're in the right place.
This is about giving your body what it needs, building deeper awareness, connecting to nature and to the natural rhythms we've evolved to crave.
You will get faster and stronger -- you'll probably lose weight and get ripped too -- but really this is about tapping in to your primal nature and learning the tools that make us human.
We draw on scientific research, years of practical experience, and ancient wisdom shared by the persistence hunters of the Kalahari. -
No. A decent base of fitness never hurts, but we've designed things so that your training load will fit your current level of fitness wherever you're at.
If you do have prior running experience that's great, but be aware that you may have a fair amount of unlearning to do.
Over 8 weeks you will (re-)build foundational skills while gaining the strength, mobility, endurance, and mindbody resilience needed to continue moving injury-free for the rest of your life.

By the end of the program, you’ll notice improved running technique, better breath control, and increased overall strength. You’ll also experience enhanced endurance and mobility, with a stronger mind-body connection that makes running feel more natural and enjoyable.

We recommend setting aside 3-5 hours per week to watch the course videos, complete strength and mobility exercises, and engage in the running training. You can adapt the schedule to fit your lifestyle, and the program is designed to be flexible enough for any pace.

All you need is comfortable running attire and, ideally, minimalist or barefoot running shoes to improve foot mobility and strength. No heavy equipment is required, but a small set of resistance bands or light weights could help with the strength routines.

You’ll be part of a supportive online cohort where you can share videos of your running form and receive personalized feedback from your coach and peers. Regular check-ins and group chats ensure you’re progressing and staying accountable.
