  • 8 Weeks of Expert-Led Training. Comprehensive, easy-to-follow daily training videos to help you progressively build a robust primal practice that includes running, climbing, crawling, balancing, lifting, and more.

  • In addition to the daily training, this course will also provide you with the background knowledge and practical protocols needed to improve your metabolic health, make your nervous system more resilient, balance your hormones, control your breath, and much more. Everything we do is rooted in our evolutionary biology and the reality of running with the Kalahari persistence hunters.

  • If you're looking for something more than another plan to get ripped or lose weight, you're in the right place.

    This is about giving your body what it wants, building deeper awareness, connecting to nature and to the natural rhythms our minds and bodies have evolved to need.

    You will get faster and stronger - you'll probably lose weight and get ripped too - but really this is about tapping in to your primal nature and learning the tools that make us human.

    We draw on scientific research, years of practical experience, and ancient wisdom shared by the persistence hunters of the Kalahari.

  • By the end of the program, you’ll have a robust primal movement practice that includes running, jumping, climbing, lifting, jumping, and more. You’ll be stronger and faster, with more stamina and mobility; you’ll have better breath control, a cleaner diet, stronger immune system, balanced hormones, better sleep, and generally feel more alive. You’ll form part of a global community dedicated to training naturally, and forge a stronger mind-body connection that will allow you to continue moving injury-free for years to come.

  • We recommend setting aside 30 minutes per day, 5 days a week for the focused training protocols.

    There are also a series of progressive lifestyle adjustments covering everything from nutrition to sleep hygiene, which will require a commitment of about 1 hour per week.

    You can adapt the program to fit your schedule and integrate it into any additional training you are already doing.

  • No. A decent base of fitness never hurts, but we've designed things so that your training load will fit your current level of training wherever you're at.

    If you do have prior running experience that's great, but this course includes much more than just running. Be aware that you may have a fair amount of unlearning to do.

    Over 8 weeks you will (re-)build foundational skills while gaining the strength, mobility, endurance, and mindbody resilience needed to continue moving injury-free for the rest of your life.

  • All you need is comfortable clothes to move and run in, and, ideally minimalist or barefoot running shoes to improve foot mobility and strength. Nothing else is required.

  • You’ll be part of a small cohort that moves through the course together. We have an online forum where you can ask questions, share videos, get feedback, and more.

    We will also have live calls every week to help ensure you’re progressing and staying consistent.

  • The course emphasizes building strength and mobility from the ground up, which helps prevent or reduce injuries. You can also adjust the exercises to suit your needs.
