  • If you're looking to start out going barefoot without getting injured, or progress in your existing practice wherever you find yourself stuck, this course is for you.

    We’ve condensed years of trial, error, study, coaching, and training into simple and effective protocols that can easily fit into your daily life, wherever you live.

  • You will know all the basics necessary to build your barefoot practice, and have a strong sense of the protocols that work best for you.

    As with anything worthwhile, adaptation takes time.

    10 days isn’t enough to counteract decades of abuse to your feet - but it is enough to get you going solidly in the right direction.

  • Each lesson will take less than 30 minutes per day.

    The protocols we provide are designed to integrate into busy lives, and can be scaled to virtually any level of practice and time available for training.

    Whether you have 5 minutes or 5 hours per day, you’ll find what you need here to help you advance…as with anything else, of course, the more time you can dedicate to your practice the faster you will see results.

  • No. This course is designed to help beginners get started and seasoned barefooters to go even further.

  • The course emphasizes building strength, stability and awareness from the ground up, which helps prevent or reduce injuries. You can also adjust the exercises to suit your needs.
